The Collective at Canton represents 28 Walker Developments most recent master planned mixed-use development in the city of Baltimore. 28 Walker purchased the 12-acre property from Exxon Mobil in February 2019 and immediately went to work remediating and entitling the property for redevelopment. Upon completion the project will feature a 45,000 sf of retail including a Sprouts grocer, 115,000 sf of office space, 500 apartments and a 145-key hotel.
