THE COLLECTIVE AT CANTON

The Collective at Canton represents 28 Walker Developments most recent master planned mixed-use development in the city of Baltimore. 28 Walker purchased the 12-acre property from Exxon Mobil in February 2019 and immediately went to work remediating and entitling the property for redevelopment. Now completed, the project features 60,000 sf of retail, 95,000 sf of office space, and 500 apartments.
