In June 2020, 28 Walker Development purchased the former PQ Chemical plant located in the Locust Point community of South Baltimore. The site features 5.169 acres directly adjacent to Latrobe Park, Francis Scott Key Elementary and McHenry Row. 28 Walker worked with the neighborhood and the City of Baltimore to have the parcel rezoned to residential use for 108-townhome community Banner Row. Banner Row continues 28 Walker Development’s conversion of under-utilized former industrial properties into bustling neighborhood destinations.
